Zach Motl has more design in his 178 square foot, $944 a month apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn than I have in my entire house. For only $2,500 over the last 3 years he has transformed a closet apartment into this cozy oasis.

Thanks to Atlantis Home for these scrumptious little menus. If it was still socially acceptable to have your children mix your drinks like tiny cocktail waitresses I would consider having some. Sigh, I miss Mad Men.

My mother has also worn a beautiful gold signet ring. I think because of this I equate them with elegance and consider them an heirloom worth receiving! When I saw these at Sarah Chloe I had to resist with everything I had not to purchase one in silver for myself.
